Overview
While studying at Brainstation, we were given a group assignment of performing a heuristic evaluation on the usability of an app of our choice. I - along with two team members - chose an app we all frequently used but felt had much room for improvement; the Green P Parking App.
This is City of Toronto's mobile payment system for public parking. We had one week - mostly outside of class time - to perform the evaluation and create screen redesigns. The following is the case study we "prepared for the City of Toronto".
